🔹 JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide consulting and recruitment services for crew members according to company needs.
• Coordinate and organize internal training, and monitor personnel quality.
• Participate in interviews and assessments of seafarer capabilities.
• Collaborate with instructors in developing training content.
• Monitor performance and recommend career development paths.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
• College/University graduate (Human Resources, Maritime Studies, Management, Foreign Languages, etc.).
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment/training experience.
• Knowledge of the maritime industry/seafaring is an advantage.
• Conversational English is an advantage.
