🔴 REQUEST:
• Ensure good health, have a Sea Medical Certificate according to STCW standards
• Completed basic STCW training courses
• Having a Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in train travel, knowing how to arrange, clean, serve and support in the kitchen and dining area.
🔸 English proficiency:
• Basic communication to understand and carry out instructions on the job
• Ability to read and understand labels, tools, and food safety regulations.
🔸 Qualities & Skills:
• Honest, hardworking, conscious of cleanliness
• Have good service spirit and discipline
• Ability to work in a team, coordinate and follow instructions from Cook/Chief.
• Have a receptive attitude, willing to learn, knowing how to cook is an advantage (can develop to the position of Cook)
• Clear background, no criminal record
