JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan and manage crew boarding and disembarking.
- We arrange visas, airline tickets, and medical assistance when needed.
- Monitoring work progress, supporting contracts, and recommending promotions.
- Coordinate with departments and ship owners regarding salaries and benefits.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from college/university (Maritime, Human Resources, or related field).
- Experience in crew deployment/management is preferred.
- Good communication skills, working according to procedures.
- Conversational English is an advantage.
