JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Calculate salary, allowances, benefits, insurance and personal income tax for office staff and crew members.
- Synthesize timekeeping, salary data, allowances, seniority from related departments.
- Prepare and send payroll, reconcile with Ship, Accounting Department, Ship Owner and tax authorities.
- Update personnel and dependent data and propose periodic salary and bonus adjustments, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare summary reports, ensuring accuracy accurate - transparent - on time throughout the payroll process.
- Prepare monthly/annual salary and benefit cost estimates.
- Answering questions from workers and crew members about salaries, bonuses and related benefits
REQUEST:
- Graduated from College/University of Economics, Law, Human Resource Management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Basic English communication.
- Proficient in office computer and human resource software.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of maritime transport/maritime labor supply.
- Understand regulations on social insurance, personal income tax & labor law.
- Careful, honest, highly responsible, logical thinking, good communication, able to coordinate effectively between departments.
